We are a Berlin-based neurotech company and a conscious business. We believe that every human being has the capability to create inner calm and to master their own well-being.
Our vision is to live in a world where everybody can easily access their skills to create inner calm and to master their own well-being.
Our mission is to create, build and provide the tools and content which enable people to easily access their self-regulation skills. We do this by making the power of neuroscientific technology, neuropsychology, emotional intelligence research, and meditation simple to use, understandable, and easily accessible.

Software Developer
Martin is a software developer with a focus on data engineering/ science and backend as well as app development. Through his meditative practice, he became interested in neuroscience; especially the intersection of meditation and neurofeedback. He has a diploma in computer science (2008) and certifications in computational neuroscience and medical neuroscience. He previously worked in successful startups as well as stock listed companies, and for multiple meditation and bio-/neurofeedback apps, such as; WaveTuner, Satipatthana, Neuromore, EVA. Martin contributes his expertise by building scalable software solutions, big data engineering, machine learning, backend development, and DevOps.
Hardware Developer
Masahiro is a pioneer in the field of brain-computer
interfaces.
He began making electrical systems with vacuum tubes over 50 years ago in Sapporo, Hokkaido,
Japan. In the 1960s, he started to use the transistor and ICs.
In the 1970s, he made custom-made stereo & PA systems with OpAmp, analogue & digital I/O
systems with LEDs. During this time he also developed his interest in psychotronics.
Psychotronics stands for the interdisciplinary study of the interaction of matter, energy, and
consciousness.
In the mid-1980s, Masahiro and Japan's leading computer corporation – ASC II – created ASC II
Laboratories. In his role as Chief Lab Researcher, he researched new human-computer interface
designs. After that, ASC II corporation created Microsoft Japan which developed the world's
first Windows computer for NEC corporation in 1987.
In 1988 Masahiro started Psychic Lab Inc. in Japan, which lead to the development of the
Interactive Brainwave Visual Analyzer (IBVA).
During his time in Japan and America, he worked with companies like BUG, American Biotech and
Sony America.
Since 2000 Masahiro created several interactive brainwave–based art installations. In 2017 he
decided to move to Berlin, Germany.
